On special events and Football Game days, The Town of Chapel Hill applies a special event parking rate at our Pay Stations and ParkMobile app. If you need regular hourly parking on a Special Event day please visit 415 or 425  West Franklin St to park.

A $3/hr rate at on-street spaces from 8a.m.-6p.m.

A $5/hr rate also applies in the following lots and decks from 4p.m.-8p.m.:

• Rosemary/Columbia Lot @  101 E Rosemary St – Google Maps
• Wallace Parking Deck @  137 E Rosemary St – Google Maps
• North Columbia Lot @  205 NC-86 – Google Maps
• W Rosemary Lot @ 104 W Rosemary St – Google Maps

A $30 flat rate applies in the following deck from 4p.m.-8p.m.

• 125 East Rosemary St Parking Deck @ 142 East Rosemary St.
