Downtown After 3:30 p.m. Employee Parking Permit (Application)
Permits are available for employees of businesses in the downtown business district to park in designated parking areas starting at 3:30 p.m. each day; freeing up more desirable parking for customers near the businesses. The permits are $20/month.

Starting 8/15/2024, downtown employee permits will be accepted at:
- Wallace Parking Deck
- West Franklin/Basnight Lane Lot
- On-Street Parking spaces on W Cameron Ave, west of Kenan St
- 140 West Deck
- Mallette St Lot
- 415 W Franklin St Lot (New)
