On special events and Football Game days, The Town of Chapel Hill applies a special event parking rate at our Pay Stations and ParkMobile app. If you need regular hourly parking on a Special Event Day, please visit 415 West Franklin Street Lot or 425 West Franklin Street Lot to park.

$3 per hour rate for on-street spaces for the day.

Up to $30 Flat charge applies in the following lots and decks:

• Rosemary/Columbia Lot
• James Wallace Parking Deck
• 108 West Rosemary Street Lot
• 125 East Rosemary Deck
• 140 West Deck
