Accessible Parking spaces are reserved for vehicles with a valid, properly displayed hanging placard or ADA license plate.
If you have an accessible placard or plate, you may park in any Town-operated, hourly paid, public parking space downtown without a time limit. You also do not need to pay for parking unless you are in a gated facility, such as the 125 East Rosemary Deck.
Accessible plates and placards are issued by the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV), not by the Town. For more information, visit the NCDMV website or call (919) 715-7000.
